Rural people of Russia have their pleasant food often in very callous climate with large combinations of fish, poultry, mushrooms, berries and more. Crops of millet, wheat, barley offer the ingredients for breads, pancake, cereals and etc. More refined foods and culinary techniques were brought in to Russia during 18th century.
